We collect different information depending on how you interact with the Service. PhotoWall has two types of users: Wall Creators and Guests.

a) Wall Creators

When you create a PhotoWall, we collect the following:

• Email address
• IP address
• Payment information (processed securely through a third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card details)

b) Guests

When guests contribute to a PhotoWall, we collect the following:

• Name
• IP address
• Uploaded media (photos and videos)

c) Automatically Collected Information

When you access the Service, we may automatically collect:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Device information
• Pages visited and usage data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Providing, operating, and maintaining the Service, including displaying uploaded media on PhotoWalls
• Processing payments for Wall Creators
• Responding to customer support inquiries
• Protecting the security and integrity of the Service, including fraud prevention
• Improving and developing the Service
• Managing customer orders and account activity
• Automated content moderation, as described in Section 3 below

If we wish to use your information for any purpose not listed above, we will seek your consent and only use your information upon receiving it, unless otherwise required by law.

3. Automated Content Moderation

When a Wall Creator enables content moderation for their PhotoWall, uploaded media (photos and videos) may be transmitted to a third-party artificial intelligence service for automated analysis. This analysis is performed solely to detect inappropriate or explicit content, such as nudity or violence, that violates our acceptable use guidelines.

The third-party service processes the media for classification purposes only and does not retain your content after analysis is complete. Wall Creators consent to this processing when they enable the moderation feature during wall creation.

If you are a Guest uploading media to a PhotoWall that has content moderation enabled, your uploaded media will be subject to this automated analysis. The Wall Creator is responsible for informing Guests that moderation is active on their wall.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We will not transfer your personal information to any third party without your consent, except in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment Processors: To process transactions securely on behalf of Wall Creators.
• Analytics Providers: To help us understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
• Content Moderation Providers: To perform automated analysis of uploaded media for inappropriate or explicit content, as described in Section 3.

We require these third parties to use the personal information we share only for the purpose for which it was provided and not to retain it longer than necessary to fulfill that purpose.

We may also disclose your personal information: (1) to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or other legal process; (2) to enforce our agreements with you, including this Privacy Policy; or (3) to respond to claims that your use of the Service violates any third-party rights. If the Service or our company is merged with or acquired by another company, your information will be one of the assets transferred to the new owner.
