By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 1. Information We Collect
We collect different information depending on how you interact with the Service. PhotoWall has two types of users: Wall Creators and Guests.
a) Wall Creators
When you create a PhotoWall, we collect the following:
- Email address
- IP address
- Payment information (processed securely through a third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card details)
b) Guests
When guests contribute to a PhotoWall, we collect the following:
- Name
- IP address
- Uploaded media (photos and videos)
c) Automatically Collected Information
When you access the Service, we may automatically collect:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device information
- Pages visited and usage data
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing, operating, and maintaining the Service, including displaying uploaded media on PhotoWalls
- Processing payments for Wall Creators
- Responding to customer support inquiries
- Protecting the security and integrity of the Service, including fraud prevention
- Improving and developing the Service
- Managing customer orders and account activity
- Automated content moderation, as described in Section 3 below
If we wish to use your information for any purpose not listed above, we will seek your consent and only use your information upon receiving it, unless otherwise required by law.
3. Automated Content Moderation
When a Wall Creator enables content moderation for their PhotoWall, uploaded media (photos and videos) may be transmitted to a third-party artificial intelligence service for automated analysis. This analysis is performed solely to detect inappropriate or explicit content, such as nudity or violence, that violates our acceptable use guidelines.
The third-party service processes the media for classification purposes only and does not retain your content after analysis is complete. Wall Creators consent to this processing when they enable the moderation feature during wall creation.
If you are a Guest uploading media to a PhotoWall that has content moderation enabled, your uploaded media will be subject to this automated analysis. The Wall Creator is responsible for informing Guests that moderation is active on their wall.
6. Retention of Your Information
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Specifically:
- Account and profile information is retained for 90 days to 2 years after an account becomes idle.
- Uploaded media (photos and videos) is retained for as long as the associated PhotoWall exists.
- We may retain certain information for longer periods for record-keeping, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcement of legal rights.
Residual anonymous and aggregate information that does not identify you may be stored indefinitely.
7. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
- Rectify or correct inaccurate personal data
- Request erasure (deletion) of your personal data
- Restrict or object to the processing of your personal data
- Request portability of your personal data to another service
- Withdraw any consent you previously provided for data processing
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
